Because Safety is Power, and Every Woman Deserves Both
Program Overview
In an increasingly unsafe world, self-defence is not just a skill—it’s a necessity. At TBMSG Nagpur, we believe that empowering women with physical, mental, and emotional tools to protect themselves is a vital step toward true gender equality.
Our Self-Defence Training Program equips women and adolescent girls with practical techniques, confidence, and awareness to face real-world situations. The program is especially focused on young women and girls from urban slums, who are often at greater risk of harassment and violence.
